Pay over time with financing (through Wisetack)

For customers who prefer to spread their project cost over time instead of paying all at once, we offer consumer financing through Wisetack, a third-party financing platform. You apply online, review the options offered to you, and pick the one that fits your budget.

How it works

Financing takes five steps. We assess your floors and send a written proposal, you tell us you want a pay-over-time option, we text or email you a secure Wisetack link, you apply privately online, and if you accept an offer we schedule your project and you pay the financing provider over time.

  3. Receive a secure link

    We send you a secure Wisetack application link by text or email.

  4. Apply privately online

    You review the financing options offered through Wisetack and its lending partners and decide if you want to proceed.

  5. Choose your option and schedule your project

    If you accept a financing offer, we schedule your project and move forward as usual. You make payments over time to the financing provider, not to ModiFloors.
